Shipping Destinations
CigarettesExpress.com ships to all States in the USA, except the State of New York.  Unfortunately, the U.S. Postal Service no longer allows us to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Priority Mail.  Priority Mail is fast, secure and delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

Fulfillment Time
>>> Repeat Customers: Orders received by 7:00 PM Eastern Time are usually shipped in 1 or 2 Business Days, provided you use a checking account that we've charged for a prior order.  If you use a new checking account, your order will be scheduled to ship in 6 or 7 Business Days, because we need a few extra days to ensure that your Electronic Check does not bounce.  Please note that we recognize you are a Repeat Customer based on your shipping address and checking account number.  The use, or non-use, of the "Account" feature during the CheckOut process has no impact on your status as a Repeat Customer.
